Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 21jl Casino ("21jl", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at 21jl.vip and all associated services, products, and content offered thereon.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the 21jl Platform's real-money features, you must complete the registration process via the 21jl Login page at 21jl.vip/21jl-login. Each individual may register only one (1) account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed from your account. As part of KYC, 21jl will request:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all account information. Notify 21jl promptly if any registered information changes, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 21jl account credentials, including your username and password. 21jl strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other service;
• Enable all available two-factor authentication (OTP) features;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent 21jl support;
• Log out of your account after each session when accessing from a shared or public device;
• Avoid accessing your 21jl account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

21jl will never request your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. You must notify 21jl immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 21jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied by 21jl on PHP-denominated transactions. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for most payment methods.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 21jl wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the respective payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are credited upon receipt of funds, typically same business day.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after standard blockchain network confirmation.
• 21jl does not charge deposit fees. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;

Limitation of Liability

Privacy & Data Protection

Termination & Account Closure

By You: You may request voluntary closure of your 21jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and all verified eligible balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable minimum withdrawal amounts.

By 21jl: 21jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A material breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is detected;
• KYC documentation is found to be false or unverifiable;
• Required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or the AMLC;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 24 months and has a zero balance.

In the event of account closure for cause, 21jl reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, eligible balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

Amendments to These Terms

21jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice published on the 21jl Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change (except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive).

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 13.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact 21jl customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate channels in accordance with Philippine law.
